Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that combines slow, gentle movements, deep breathing, and meditation. When practised regularly, it can improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.
This group is aimed at complete beginners but also welcomes returning beginners. We use online aids to learn the 24 Yang-style Tai Chi forms, understand how the movements are formed, and practice and link the forms seamlessly.
No equipment is needed. We will be moving around, so do wear loose comfortable clothing and suitable flat footwear.
Please note that this group requires regular attendance; only apply if you can make such a commitment.
