This group is for beginners and those who are less confident. We meet at Hoghweek Village Hall 1.30-2.30 pm on Wednesday afternoons Weeks 1, 2 & 5 of the month. Line dancing provides many benefits including exercise, coordination, balance, memory, mental well-being and is suitable for both men and women. We use a variety of music and concentrate on dances for those who are new to linedancing. As people become more confident and space is available they may transfer to the main linedancing group if they wish.
Suitable footwear is essential, dance sneakers or jazz shoes are ideal. Please ask about footwear before buying new shoes for this group.
